On my 30 mile walk today... I found these tarts. I was trying my Dutch out and speaking minimally with the guy helping me, when I gave up on my limited vocabulary and broke down "speekt u engels?" He did speak English. I thought he was Dutch and I thought he was Dutch. However, he was from Atlanta and has lived here for about 6 years.
By the tarts were the best I ever had.
You will have to make those ones on the bottom! Pastry chefs have nothing on you....
